As part of our Drive for Excellence initiative, Founders Group International has created an exciting new Employee of the Quarter Program to reward our best and brightest stars.
The FGI Drive for Excellence is a company vision that will achieve sustainable success growing the game of golf through a reputable brand. Our culture will develop talent, build loyal relationships and inspire innovative business practices.
Employees will be nominated at each golf course or office by their manager – one employee who shines out from among the rest will be selected to receive this honor. The employee picked will have their name displayed on a plaque and will also receive a gift card.
The Employee of the Quarter will also be in the running for the Employee of the Year award which will offer even more rewards (and lots of kudos).
