Founders Group Employees of the 4th Quarter 2019 Winners

As part of our Drive for Excellence initiative, Founders Group International instituted an exciting Employee of the Quarter Program to reward our best and brightest stars.

Employees are nominated at each golf course or office by their manager – one employee who shines out from among the rest will be selected to receive this honor. The employee picked will have his or her name displayed on a plaque and will also receive a gift card and will be in the running for the Employee of the Year award which will offer even more rewards (and lots of bravadoes).
