Founders Group International, as well as other companies throughout the Myrtle Beach area, joined forces to battle heart disease at the 2019 Waccamaw Heart Walk. The committed group of walkers raised over $90,000 for a cause which is, literally, near and dear to our hearts!
Team FGI joined forces for a 10 am kick-off on Saturday, October 19th, meeting at the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex. Families came out to enjoy the great weather and to celebrate life, which is often taken for granted. This year’s walk included a kids zone with a magician, face painting and balloon animals along with games from Dave and Busters and Top Golf. There was also a puppy parade and pet costume contest so furry friends helped raise awareness for heart disease as well!
Even though the walk is officially in the books, you can still show your support – help raise funds for “lifesaving science that can teach us all how to live longer and be Healthy For Good.”
